I actually only got round to swapping wheels yesterday and I've not tried it since. If it makes no difference I will probably just put up with the problem. At 56 mph (the speed of the artics on the motorway) it's not too bad so if I stick to that as an upper speed limit it should hang together. On single carriageways I'm not supposed to go over 50 anyway.
