"Chinese" transistor testers aren't entirely reliable with germanium devices (they don't understand leakage current, high in Ge, low in Si) but your OC81s sound OK.

Have you replaced C22, C31 and C23? In each case the value isn't critical. So 80uF can be replaced by 100uF, 160uF by 220uF and 640uF by 1000uF.
Is the sound OK at the earphone socket?
You may end up having to trim the values of R21 and R22 to increase the quiescent current.
