When we were in the US some years ago we made a point of visiting the Atlantic City Convention Hall on the boardwalk knowing that it had one the world's largest pipe organs (33,000 pipes). The hall itself is the size of a football pitch.

We were very fortunate to meet the organist who is in charge of its restoration and he gave us a guided tour as well as a short performance.

To give you the scale, the organist is located in the drum shaped booth to the right of the stage. The people in this photo will also help with the scale.
