I'm in Kilmarnock and used to be a B&O dealer, unfortunately I'm retired and no longer do repairs. There used to be a B&O dealer in Milngavie who also did service. Have a look online or the Yellow pages and see if they are still trading.
Don't expect a cheap repair for B&O an estimate or deposit could set you back at least £100.

Specific spares for these sets are only available from B&O I'd not allow anyone near it if not fully familiar with B&O
