Another MkIV WEM copicat

I have been working on the circuit layout and the relevant component values to produce a good circuit board layout using DIYLC before trying any testing. However during checking the other day I noticed that the resistor between the effects selector push down switches had become unsoldered (broken off??) from its connector to switch 3. I also noticed that the small internal switch lock spring was damaged, I would say its been like this for a very long time. I've tried my best to repair it but it appears i've broken the paxolin base (or whatever the switch cover materials are) to switch 3 and now it won't lock down at all. I'm stuck (more that the switch is!!) as to how to repair this now and there is NO chance of finding a replacement set of any switches, I've looked everywhere. 

Can anyone help or advise what I can do please?
