The HP server PSUs can be simply modified for continuous running at 13.8v 65 amps.
I use them for my amateur radio transceiver.
They are available from ebay at around a fiver, IEC mains input on one side and output on the opposite side, enclosed in an alloy case and extremely low RFI, all done properly.
