Looks homebrew. The electrics as you call em will be a high gain input, simple bass/treble controls, bias oscillator and an audio OP stage probably EL84/6BW6 SE. There looks like either an input transformer or it could be an inductor for the bias osc or bias trap. Either way like with most gear this age, check caps, resistors and clean pots/switches after taking loads of good pics at different angles.
