The Zinga arrived but it is not very conductive. I put some packing tape on a board and taped two pieces of tinned copper wire spaced 5cm apart on top of the tape. I painted a 2 cm wide strip of Zinga connecting the two wires.
After the Zinga dried there is infinite resistance between the two wires. placing an insulator on top of the wires and applying pressure the resistance can drop as low as 6M. The resistance varies with the pressure applied.
Piercing the Zinga with the meter probes I can get resistances from 40M (which is as high as the meter will read) down to the 100's of kilo ohms.
When the Zinga was wet it was conductive. I measured around 37M when first applied and it dropped to around 4M as it cured. I left it over night and the follow morning it was open circuit.
I found a platers and have got the chassis back from them. I asked them to keep it as mat as possible but it still was quite bright.
I dunked it into some dilute vinegar for a couple of hours. That has toned it down a bit and should look a bit better in an old telly that the really shiny version.
