Shame about the CRT.
Just use a separate heater transformer to power the 5FP7. If you're feeling fussy, put a 22R resistor in place of the old CRT heater. Minimum 2W rated. It's hardly needed, an extra 6.3V spread across the whole heater chain won't matter.
