Just ordered some valves from Zaporizhia in the Ukraine, the seller said I'd have them in two weeks, so if he's correct I'd not expect any problems from the rest of Europe that's not war torn.
Expect to factor in VAT (which will most likely be charged by the seller) there should be no customs under £38.
