I've got a transformer from a large MIG Welder. Now I need the CDs and some time.
What size - physical - is your transformer?
I am successfully running my Chipmaster from single phase, but I'd like a bit more oomph for my Denbigh Drill.

Probably a dumb question as I haven't got the CDs yet, but as you only appear to use two limbs of the transformer why does it need to be a three phase one?
