My newest EA is V Reg, 1980. I suppose axles and hubs are pretty expensive to redesign, so unless you really do want to redo big chunks of the suspension etc you just keep using them.
My older one, what's left of it, is N Reg, but apart from adding brake servos, not a bad idea on on 3.5 Ton van, appear to be identical.
