Hi Adrian, saturation is not a "brick wall", and with Unisil lams it is a more gentle curve than with Stalloy.
If you have a winding on the core then plot a curve of V against A. This will show you where saturation starts, it only really gets nasty on the flatter, straight bit past the knee.
Do it on a 50Hz mains supply for convenience and halve the levels to extrapolate to 25Hz or any other frequency
