I haven't done the sums but I find it hard to believe that a sawtooth waveform has that kind of p-p to RMS ratio. My gut says there's a factor 2 error somewhere. In theory I could do the RMS calculation from first principles (square it, integrate over a cycle, take square root) but not this late in the day.
