My son was project manager, and hands on leading from the helm, for all the display systems at the Samsung Centre at King's Cross. https://www.samsung.com/uk/explore/kings.../discover/ . The biggest of these is a 10 meter curved screen made from LED modules. It is shown as "Galaxy Graffiti" in that link. It is also on the on the top scrolling images.
The supporting framework is several tons. Each LED tile has six axis adjustment to ensure a continuous image with no tile gaps. And tile each has its own processor. All these are linked and addressed by an overall display processor. Big system.
That is basically what my lad does to keep the wolf from the door.
