Hi.
I've dismantled a couple of sticky ceramic switches recently and noted the old grease had hardened badly, after removing said grease and cleaning with solvent I have used a Lanolin based grease. Allegedly it's highly recommended for switch contacts and doesn't dry out. Note the switch I repaired is not the same as in the AVO.
