I have a mate who clears up after bad tenants for a landlord who only deals with difficult tenants that can;t otherwise get housing.
Appliances have a brief life so quality is not an issue as they are normally broken before the warranty is up.
It is just a case of demanding a bigger deposit at the start.
There are plenty of well looked after rented houses too with mainstream landlords.
There was even a naughty farm in another house down the other end of our street. Derbyshire police assisted them with the harvesting of there lush green crop of naughty tobacco.
There were loads of tape bombs in the wiring that was chucked out into the back garden.
The landlord gave me loads of the soil to improve the clay on my allotment.
I also got the entertainment system including a Kenwood amp and separate tuner. The amp needs the switches fixing but looks high end enough to have survived the tape bombs.
