28/02/2011 Amend section relating to gas discharge headlamps to include LED systems, note 3 wording amended
31/07/2011 Amend section relating to gas discharge headlamps to include new Note 4 and procedures in RS 8 if vehicle not compliant.
I did buy some daylight driving lights to retro fit although yet to do it, as it is I drive with headlights on (the old halogen).

Hi Adrian HID /LED Day Running Lamps does not apply to your car if there not part of the headlamp as your car is before 1st of March 2018 i used to like testing kit and classic cars still was getting them in for mot even when the 40 rule was on the 20th of May that it was exempt from MOT as the owners were sensible wanted to know there car was safe to drive i could say something different about the 20yr old in a VW Golf with the suspension lowered to 2 inches from the floor glad i could refuse that car to test as it would not go on the ramp
