1000V caps were sometimes used in 2 positions in vintage radios. One is across the mains. Nowadays we would use a Class X capacitor which is designed for the job. The other position is as a tone correction capacitor, with one end conencted to the anode of the output valve and the other to either HT or 0V. 10n (0.01u) is a rather high value for that. I would be happy to use a modern 630V film cap for that.
I haven't ordered from them but Just Radios in Canada: https://www.justradios.com/ and Ask Jan First in Germany: https://www.die-wuestens.de/eindex.htm both have a good reputation. Or you can order individual values from RS or Farnell. If you're a BVWS member you can buy them directly from the BVWS.
