200mV, so 70mV RMS, about normal for a lot of guitar amps but with a LF sensitive speaker annoyingly audible. I was just looking through my notes and vids to see if I had a video of my WEM Dominator to , but I must have deleted it. Can't find notes at present either. If I remember right mine was terrible until I moved the mains SW from the back of the pot, this improved things. I did find an old pic showing various things I also tried, including tidying the grounds, elevating the ground off the chassis etc.
So,you could try that Rob, lift each ground in turn and re-position it to the main chassis gnd with jumper leads or whatever. You could also try two beefy diodes, one forward, one reversed with a 100n cap in parallel - one end to chassis, the other to your main gnd bus. Scope the OP to see if it makes a difference with shifting the other gnd points to a star buss.
Andy.
