No problem.
Any B&O spares and manuals were dumped when I closed the doors. Sadly we lost the contract as we had to spend a quarter of a million pounds with them per annum, we only did service.
They are nice units but very awkward to service, some are Philips based with grossly inflated spares prices. The models with smoked glass control panels are difficult to dismantle and repair. The glass is easy to damage and no longer available, even if I didn't have an issue with the manufacturer I'd be very wary of them though, any damage is virtually impossible to sort out.
Ask for an estimate from the dealer in Milngavie, sorry the name is lost from my gray matter.
