As I can now see its a B&O and as an ex B&O dealer with still an acid taste in my mouth as to the way I was latterly treated I'm afraid I won't take on any of their products and never will do.
I suggest you approach their dealer in Milngavie for service, you'll need deep pockets though.

Thats a shame about B&O i'm sorry that happened to you. Ive just been gifted the item and thought it was a shame that it isn't working and that it would be nice to get it up and running but if its going to cost the earth I guess ill just keep it as an ornamental piece.
