Hi, these tuners often drew their power from the associated amplifier and fed low level audio to the amp, they will not normally drive a speaker.
It will need about 1.5A at 6.3v and 200+ volts at 15 mA or so. The audio can then be fed into a modern transistor amp or something similar.
If you fancy having a go the power supply is a fairly simple circuit and soldering is an easy skill to pick up
