Ingelen FM module transistor replacement

The replacement transistors are in but there is a solid copper bullet that’s come adrift from the inside of L5 the osc coil (see post 1 for sheet).

Is it ok to pop it back in with a bit of superglue?  It’s made me a bit nervous now about what else might drop out of other coils once it’s all back together.
