I'll have a rummage through my boxes of odd fittings. Wouldn't be surprised to find a similar trunnion that can salvaged from a stay. The angle bracket/trunnion at the back is totally out of sight and could be from anything about the right size. Then it's just a strip of, ideally, brass. Use bolts and locknuts to put it together.
Other minor jobs on the bureau are to glue a couple of things. A small split in the base and a joint in the base that's pulling out. Replace some missing reinforcing blocks under the base and and some missing drawer stops. Not sure if that's the right name. They're the thin bits of wood, often trapezium shaped, that stop the drawer going too far into the housing.
Then it's good to go for the next 100 years.
