Yes I know the sort of thing, and no I don't know what it is called either!
However, as Sam says, it should be easy enough to make.
I recently needed some precision sheet brasswork made, and rather than try and cut, drill, file, I drew in CAD and looked at getting laser-cut. A company Falcon Precision (Google will find) were very good, and for 3 pieces of brass (about 10" x 2" overall), cut as per the DXF file I sent, I was charged £45.
If going down this route, I'd suggest make two, mirror-imaged, so you have a matching pair. The bend can easily be done in a vice with bright steel angle lining the jaws.
