You sowed the seed for all of it.
240 lines hasn't been tested properly on a 240 line set. From what I could do testing it on other sets and looking at it on a scope it looks Good.
The 240 line standard has one long frame pulse that is 12 lines long.
To produce this long pulse with Hedghog PSC.
For "NO OF BROADPULSE" select 24 as there is 2 broad pulses in each line.
Then increase "BROADPULSE WIDTH" until the 24 broad pulses merge into 1 long pulse.

I would be very interested to hear how it works with your Baird when you get it finished.
I think that is a good decision to get them from Stephen. Lets hope the PCB's coming from PCBWay don't suffer the same fate as mine.
