My understanding is the lamda sensors return a voltage proportional to the ratio between oxygen in the air and oxygen in the test stream (exhaust), i.e. not an absolute value related to the percentage of oxygen in the air.
Further, the range is limited. There are direct oxygen sensors available from several sites at reasonable cost, e.g from Seeed Studio, but these seem to top out at about 30%.
Getting an accurate absolute measurement of high concentration oxygen levels in a gas stream is not trivial.
And, yes, messing with someone's respiration is a medical intervention and should only be done with extreme caution.
Perhaps just staying safe, behaving sensibly and trying to avoid getting to a place where you need respiratory assistance would be more sensible?
Take your temperature and check your blood oxygen levels every day. Get a decent in-ear thermometer and an oximeter. Maybe take extra vitamin D3 too (most adults in the UK are vitamin D deficient and supplements have been shown to reduce admissions to ITU, and if admitted, improve survival rates - there are major clinic trials in this ongoing). If ill, present to the NHS before your lung function has degraded to the extent that you need ITU.
