James Sinclair? (standing) though I would have expected him to be in front of the cameras
Colin Grimshaw (IC TV studio technician, directing)

Neil Winscombe (probably at sound mixer)
??? (standing) Possibly Paul Bocking

Best guess at date is late 1976 or 1977. Possibly early 1978.

Photo possibly taken through the studio window or from the rat run between the desk and monitor stack. I think there's a telecine machine behind everyone.
