Hi.
I used to make these from a TIP41 & BU208A. Simple circuit with two transistors, two resistors and a 0.22uf 400v.
Any medium power NPN for the phase inverter and a high power type that has high CE volts, line outputs being ideal, BU508A is better than the 208 and easier to mount.
