Nice looking video waveform. I very much agree with Trevor about using external power supplies for debugging sets. I know that most of us don't have variable HT bench supplies but they are incredibly useful.
For a TV with live chassis you can bring up the heater chain on a variac without a working dropper. Then the HT on a bench supply. For a set with mains transformer like the B16T you can run heaters and HT on a bench supply. Regardless of iffy mains transformer or rectifier or smoothing caps.
May not matter too much on a commonplace set but for something special you can save a lot of grief.
