Yes this is just for a bit of fun, I actually think they could be used in a home build TV project, they would be ideal for scan drives and even for EHT generation on a small screen. This may be a future project for me.
Today I have paralleled two in the O/P stage and just about doubled the output, over running the valves with 200v HT resulted in 16 watts!!!!!
