Honestly not a glitch. The message you saw is the standard "no permission" message. However, I have added a paragraph above the standard text generated by the forum. My new paragraph explains about The Archive, simply because that is by far and away the most common complaint I get - mostly from new users who sign up to grab something and disappear, and do so without reading anything first (that's why I used a larger font, but still we get the "can't download an attachment" questions). You probably read the first line or two and didn't go on to read the rest of the page. Which is completely understandable, BTW
