Almost no USB port supplies more than 1A. Most are 1/2A.
5W in and pretend a 90% class D amp? That's 4.5W. For both channels total. Even if you mysteriously quadruple, it's 18W, or 9W per channel.
More likely it's typically 3.0W total, 1.5W per channel. Accidentally drop the decimal point!
