i can't help with service data but the LOPT rot looks like the usual Ekco problem. I rebuilt the LOPT housing on my Ekco T311 using ordinary fibreglass PCB sheet. It's not authentic looking but it's well up to the job. Not managed to find out what the original plastic was. It's thermosetting and I don't know of any transparent thermoset plastics. Could make a new housing from perspex or similar but it might not like the heat.
