The 100k and 56k are indeed Iskras. They're unusual for film resistors, as they don't have the characteristic "dog bone" shape that's caused by the metal end caps under the finish. But if you look at them from the right angle you can see the spirals of the film. They're good resistors.
The other ones - e.g. the beige 100 ohms - remind me of the sorts of resistors I used to see in Philips gear.
It is a curious bit of PCB design. It's tempting to assume all the components are "surface-mounted", but I can see some holes drilled in it, so perhaps it wasn't done that way to keep costs down to the absolute minimum. I can't help wondering if the PCB layout became mirror-imaged during production (we've all done it!), but no-one spotted it until thousands of boards had been made. Silly of me, but the thought amused me
More likely it was done that way to facilitate the assembly into the chassis, with all those short wires between the PCB and the valve holders, etc...
Earlier Terry thought he'd spotted an electrolytic with a clear sleeve - that's actually a film cap (220n), and likely OK, but might be worth checking for leakage.
That small tear in the speaker diaphragm is nothing to worry about IMHO.
