Seeing this originally I thought of a few actions, regarding the carriage as negligent and more than subject to normal insurance, but, on thinking, it does remind me of an umbrella I bought early last year. it was packed in a long box of adequate dimensions but no padding or re-inforcement. The result was predictable and it was annoying having to return it. A total waste of everyone's time.
