I refuse to use Parcelforce, filling a claims form in is almost impossible as they want copy invoices for the sellers original purchase and who has those? The Royal Mail is the same.
Hermes have never lost or damaged a parcel i have packed and sent. DPD have shipped large wirelesses for me without damage too.
Ebay Global have shipped many abroad too, also without loss.
