Thanks Jeff. My memory never seems accurate so I just looked it up and it was spring of 2006.
I guess this picture wasn't so mysterious after all. I apparently didn't remember seeing it in Don's book and it just struck me as interesting seeing Baird with cylinder equipment. The mystery is solved.
