As you probably know, the TL594 is the switching controller, the CM6802 is the active PFC controller and the PS25A is the "power good" (PG) output quality monitor.
If you change the TL594 feedback to get a significantly different output voltage, you'll need to change a few resistors round the PS25A too to keep the PG signal happy else the PSU will shutdown (OV/UV protection)...
