It will certainly be more power than a pair of DL96 O/P valves.
There are other cheap valves, inc the Russian version of the ECH81.
A triode preamp and Pentode / Hexode O/P can be compared with vice versa.
Generally a Pentode is better than a Triode for O/P. The exact matching is only critical for squeezing full power. PP is good as you can use 115-0, 115-0 mains TX as primary and then a secondary to suit loudspeaker load and impedance. The voltage ratio SQUARED is the speaker impedance to Anode impedance ratio.
