Restart in Safe Mode
Log in as an administrator.
Make sure file endings are shown and hidden & System files and hidden folders are shown in Explorer properties
Search for the evil adobe files as listed. Note there are maybe four different locations they could be in. Renaming may work better than deletion. However try deletion.
Don't install anything from Adobe.
