Was that the full scan (confusing Y & N questions)? You want to see everything, not just see likely malware insertion points (which is what the main use of silent runners).
Possibly not:
+ This report excludes default entries except where indicated.
+ To see *everywhere* the script checks and *everything* it finds,
launch it from a command prompt or a shortcut with the -all parameter.
+ To search all directories of local fixed drives for DESKTOP.INI
DLL launch points, use the -supp parameter or answer "No" at the
first message box and "Yes" at the second message box.
Ditch all these anyway:

I see you have the Win 10 MS spying on you backport to Win7 update installed. I expect MS to be fined for that on Win7, 8 & 10 soon. You can disable the services. Not today's problem.
I suspect Adobe has overwritten part of some version of .Net with wrong version for Office 2000 (perhaps a later version), or a DLL with a Vista or XP version. Don't install old Adobe SW, it's (a) buggy and (b) got loads of vulnerabilities. If you have a "working" Win7 you could compare datestamps on system DLLs. Office re-install won't overwrite NEWER incompatible files not actually part of Windows.
