So I've managed to find some functionality. There's some problem with the "multiply by switch".
If I connect before that switch I can get a sensible output (checking using my frequency counter, I've not checked the waveform on a scope yet). I'm getting sensible readings on the D and E ranges, a little out compared to what the scale reads. The A, B and C ranges appear to be stuck at around 1.5mhz.
