I would clean that leaded solder off the pads and socket pins and then assemble it again so that the plug is held in place by the board.
It looks like one side of the plug can be soldered with a spot of liquid flux and a tiny bit of solder on each pin.
Then with it in the right place carefully lift the board out and do the other side.
