I seriously suspect that this would not happen. It will probably bankrupt all the small theatres up and down the country.
In a domestic situation bulbs can be changed one at a time at the leisure of the house holder.
In a theatre the whole lot would have to be changed at once. You cant have a situation where when a bulb goes between shows the dimmer and bulb needs to be changed. Especially if the LED bulbs were not capable of working on the 2kW dimmers that most theatres use.
I wonder if there are many theatres who still use 15A round pin plugs. The cost of uprating these was the reason that it was still not done when I left my job as Chief LX back in the early 90's
