Problems with Gladiator ICE Theatre Light

Yes the EU was planning (probably still is) to bring theatre lighting into the scope of the move to LED. I suspect that this will be done the same way as GLS lighting, that's to say banning import and/or manufacture of the appropriate incandescent lamps. The cost of replacing both lanterns and dimmer racks will be crippling for many (most?) Am-Dram groups and I expect that most will simply stock up with lots of spare incandescent "bulbs". That's certainly what my local group has done.
