Thanks for the clarification about the flux issue - I had thought this might be an issue but didn't want to criticise your efforts !
It's always good to know about different ways to produce PCB's so I want to thank you for bringing this method to our attention.
When I worked in an FE college I had to make dozens of PCB's for the students but I used the UV method and 'Laserstar' film - your method will be great for single boards and I am especially interested in trying it for front panels.
