That's a very good update on 'The Gas man Cometh' As others have commented it portrays the fact that, though technology has changed, sometimes (if not always!) other things haven't. Early this year I had a problem with my landline. It took several e-mails & phone calls to Talk Talk before the fault, which turned out to be in an underground junction box nearby, was repaired.
