Sealed battery 12.6 volts but no output.

The battery is a sealed lead acid type and I think Mike has come up with the answer. I'll put it on charge and leave it for a while, can't make thing any worse. If that fails then it's a one way trip to the recycle centre, except they don't actually recycle much at all. Ted
